TRAVEL NOTICES

CHILDREN UNDER 12 MONTHS OLD

We regret that due to Health and Safety Regulations

that we are no longer able to carry children under 12 months as passengers on our trains.

SAFETY WHILST RIDING ON TRAINS

Passengers must not lean over whilst travelling on trains and must keep their feet

on the running board of the siton coaches..All passengers must remain seated

until the train becomes stationary at a designated stopping place.

Once passengers have boarded the train they must not get off for any reason

(this includes taking photographs) until the train reaches its final destination;

unless instructed by a member of the railway staff.

STEAM LOCOMOTIVES WARNING

By their very nature Steam Locomotives exude smoke, smuts and oil vapour,

the railway can not be held responsible for any staining of clothes etc.

CHILDREN

Please watch over your children at all times, with eight acres of space it is very easy for them to wander off.

Although all volunteers who work on the railway are subject to a Criminal Record Check

we can not be responsible for visitors on site, although we try to be vigilante at all times.
