BIRTHDAY PARTIES at MIZENS

HELD ON SUNDAY AFTERNOONS ONLY .

CONDITIONS OF HIRE

Parties are generally held on a Sunday Afternoon in a pre-designated private area with trestle tables and chairs provided if required.

You may engage outside activities (bouncy castle or entertainer) however due to insurance and health and safety regulations, the provider must have third party and public liability insurance.

Vehicles unloading and loading party requirements must do this before and after railway running times then use the designated parking area.

All party materials are to be removed from site.

The ratio of adults to accompany the children should be one to five for train rides.

PLEASE NOTE these parties are held on a normal Sunday railway running day.

The cost of hiring the party venue is £75. (UP TO 30 CHILDREN)

Pre-booked train rides may be obtained at a special rate:

20 rides £25 (Minimum)

50 rides £55

100 rides £100

Train rides not pre-booked will be £1.50 each on the day.

A gazebo can be erected for a cost of £25

CONDITIONS

No alcohol to be brought on site.
